Happy Dot Day!
Our NW Bears had so much fun celebrating International Dot Day! Dot Day is inspired by The Dot and encourages students to be creative, courageous, and confident—to make their mark on the world!
A special shoutout to our amazing Assistant Principal, Ms. Morgan, for organizing the Great Dot Hunt for our staff and students! We had a DOT-tastic day!

Este día inspira a nuestros estudiantes a ser creativos, valientes y seguros de sí mismos, ¡y a dejar su huella en el mundo! On September 9th, students are invited to wear teddy bear or bear-themed clothing and show off their Northwest Bear Pride!

Mrs. Chadwick found a fun and delicious way to reinforce our science learning about solids, liquids, and gases by making Coke floats with the students! The students got to see the different states of matter in action while enjoying a special treat with their classmates. They had so much fun learning, exploring, and, of course, enjoying their yummy floats!
What a FUN way to end the week! Great job, Mrs. Chadwick, for making learning so engaging!
¡La Sra. Chadwick encontró una forma divertida y deliciosa de reforzar nuestro aprendizaje científico sobre sólidos, líquidos y gases haciendo flotadores de Coca-Cola con los estudiantes! Los estudiantes pueden ver los diferentes estados de la materia en acción mientras disfrutaban de un regalo especial con sus compañeros de clase. ¡Se divirtieron mucho aprendiendo, explorando y, por supuesto, disfrutando de sus deliciosas carrozas! We made it through our FIRST WEEK of school!
What better way to celebrate than with popsicles for ALL of our Bear Cubs and a fun Hat Day!
We are so proud of our students for an amazing first week filled with learning, smiles, and lots of ROAR!
