Hereford ISD is inviting parents, staff, and community members to review and provide feedback on the improvement plans for Hereford High School, Hereford Junior High and Northwest Elementary.

The Targeted Improvement Plan (TIP) for Hereford High School, Hereford Junior High and Targeted Action Plan (TAP) for Northwest Elementary are now available online for public review.

Community involvement is an important part of our continuous improvement efforts. We encourage our families and community members to take a few moments to review these plans and share their thoughts. Your feedback helps us identify opportunities for growth and strengthen the educational experience we provide to our students.
